Start 09:45am., 14c, overcast & medium wind, at blue sign "Spotsylvania County" on hwy.1. Finish 12:20, 24c, cloudy & light wind, at blue sign "Welcome to Downtown Fredericksburg" on hwy.1.


A very good run with strong legs. At the end the traffic got a little 'intense' when coming out of Fredericksburg and I decided to let safety come first and finish for the day. Tomorrow I'll have to make up for it if the legs continues the good trend lately :-)
