Start 10:50am., at cross of Marcinski Rd & Hwy. A1A, 24c, half clear & light wind. Finish 13:30pm., at cross of Pettway St. & Hwy.1, 27c & same.



A short run as a toe on the right foot got broken during a fall early in the 50miles competetion I did saturday, causing some trouble today (see pic.). Its been broken before when playing soccer so no big problem but it might cause a few 'light days' untill I'll be able to be back on normal mileages again.

On the positive side I had good company also today: Issy from Miami had driven up to meet me at the start and he kept me company during the run. Much appreciated on a little bit difficult day !!
