Cold Weather :-))

Despite a late start, driving the more than 100km out of theremote nature site, we enjoyed a cool temperature stage. The first time in weeks :-)

But I have to acknowledge that I definately fealt the fast 10k from yesterday, making this short, 30k, stage a strange bit of a struggle.. Its simply been too long since Ive done speedwork (ab. 3months) so the body isnt used to it anymore and thus takes much longer recovery !
