Enjoying a day of full rest & relaxation before the last 'charge' towards Cape Town..
Bythe way one of the runners accompanying me yesterday was 12year old Gerrit from
Hartenbos Runners. Myself having started my long distance running by the age of 12 (5km, 10km & cross contry races) it was very inspiring to see a new generation moving into this challenging sport :-)
.. And when trying to keep up with him on the uphills - obvious that I am now 'the old generation' ;-))
