Start 08:35am., at blue rd.marker "N2-7, 29,0E", at beginning of George city, on the N2 to Cape Town. 21c, o.c. and l. wind. Finish 11:38am, at green exit sign "<- Little Brak River" next to the N2, . 27c, half clear, humid and l. wind.

After another enjoyable support by the local running club I was today accompanied by the Hartenbos Runners. A very well organized team met me in the morning w. lists of who was going to run w. me the next 5days, where to stay etc. A minibus was brought out so that each runner did 5km w. me, then a new runner came out and kept me company for the next 5km etc.

Very enjoyable !

Further they have even set up my accomodation at an exclusive hotel, the Point Hotel in Mossel Bay, where I can have'base' during the next 5days of running. Extremely nice right at the waterfront and a wellcome oppotunity to rest the torn muscle in the r. calf.
