Start 08:36am., at green exit sign "<- Little Brak River" next to the N2, on the N2 to Cape Town. 24c, clear. and l. wind. Finish 11:46pm, at blue km-marker "N2-6, 74,8", on the N2 to Cape Town. 26c, same and m. wind.

Very enjoyable stage in company of the Hartenbos Runners !! And the calf injury appears to have healed considerably by yesterdays restday. Only 380km to Cape Town now :-)
