Start 07:50am. at green roadsign "Empangeni 46km" on the N2 hwy to Cape Town. 23c, o.c. and heavy wind. Finish 12:46am. At blue rd.sign "N2-29, 8,2N" on the N2 hwy to Cape Town. 24c, rain and same.

Another good run with the Empangeni Crocodiles: the Umhlatzi running club :-)
We had pouring rain the first 2 hours but that didnt stop me Enjoying the company of these dedicated runners - their club of just over 200 active membershas more than 100 ultrarunners amongst them (! Imagine an european club with 50pct. ultrarunners; not likely !).

And what Support !! I have stayed the last couple of days at Linda & Marnys house and they have taken care of organizing all details of the daily running together w. their fellow clubmembers :-)
