.. Pace up :-)

I enjoyed Excellent company by the Umhlathuze running club whoshared the stage with me today ! As you can see they had quite an effect on my pace as well: half an hour faster than I'd usually do - last time I did this kind of pace was when running w. Sudanese national team runners just North of Khartoum; 7000km ago when I still had fresh legs ;-)
