Start 08:40am. at tarmac-marker, white paint, "152 400" at N. end of Nampee village on the N1/N8-hwy to Maputo. 26c, clear/heat haze, humid and m. wind. Finish 15:46pm. At small wood roadmarker "103 725" on the N1/N8-hwy to Maputo . 39c, half cloudy and same.

Two days above 45km (47km yesterd. & 49km today) ; not too bad. I think
its 5months since I was capable of that (not impressiue in ultrarunning terms, but.. After 15000km each "k" knocks ;-) And its Great to be getting back to my old running-self !.!.!

I go to my rest now and get ready for a shooort day of 30ktomorrow :-))))

Thanks to my Finland-Mozambique roadteam, Reino & Louiz for providing EXCELLENT support !! Without this and Sarahs 'kick of my km-confidense' and Lines package of danish highmileage food ("torskerogn, remulade & rugbrød" ...AND "marcipanbroed !").
