Ooh Dear.
Especially tomorrow 'stone, dust & the occationalbroken tarmac' is on the running menu !
But the Friendliness And Cheerfullness, the SMILES & Humorous Couriosity make each runningstep joyfull in Northern Mozambique :-)
And also the changes in surface is good for the muscles and tendons. I can definately feel some tightness after I have begun to step up the km' again, and a lot of streatching exercise is in place. We are not maschines... :-)
Tonight we set up our tents among the strawhuts in a friendly village.
