Start 09:05am. at white km-marker "Nang 35km" on the main rd./B2 to Lindi and Mozambique. 22c, a few clouds and l. wind. Finish 10:15am. At white km-marker "Nang 25km" on the main rd./B2 to Lindi and Mozambique. 23c and same.

Another day w. more trouble-shooting than running.. !

Since 2 days ago theres begun an infection under the wound I got up in Marsabit, Kenya, (falling over a spike-strip). Now the lower right arm has begun to swell, fingers to elbow, painfull and unusable. I got the message via sms from a doctor and good friend, back home in denmark, to get to a hospital instantly.

So, did 10km to atleast make something of the day before it was log the gps-position & into the supportcar to find a hospital.

(note: we didnt find a hospital - atleast not one that looked safe - but bourght pennecilin at a helpfull rural pharmacy.
If it doesnt help overnight its express to the hospital in Dar Es Salaam tomorrow. And hope that the supportcar doesnt break down; its 300km on bad roads).

.. Yes, its not supposed to be easy..Atleast I got some nice days w. my girlfriend before this next round of troubles !
