- visit at the hospital in Dar Es Salaam. After a quick look at the infected wound and swollen arm, and checking it hadnt spread to the core of the body, he decided to operate/open up the arm at the wounds right away.
The tissue was damaged from the infection so anastetics didnt work but it was a calm dutch doctor and the pain (wich I am not good at ;-) from the cutting was actually less than expected.

Good to have it tended to and getting the worry out of the mind !
