Nb: stopwatch time not accurate as I by mistake reset the clock 2:30h into the run.
- A Great stage w. Good power in the legs again.
Bit of cauhing & sneezing' but hopefully nothing serious. .. Its surprisingly chilly despite I just passed equator 2weeks ago, 15-25c most of the time & down to 5c at night.
But it will soon change, I suspect: Our small team is moving towards Mombassa and the coast, thus the altitude is declining for each runningstep ! I MISS the Ocean :-)
In my homecontry, denmark, you can hear, feel, see and smell its breeze no matter where you are (its at most 2h. run away! ;-). Not seeing it for half a year, since the Med. Sea in Turkey & N. Syria - reminds me of the Urge I fealt when running the last 500km out to Vladivostock in wr1; sensing the sea-air long before seeing the Pacific Coast after 10 000km of Beautifull, but oceanless, running across Russia.
