Start 10:28am. at tarmac-marker "26 050" at small bridge, 40km S. of Nairobi on the main road to Mombassa. 22c, half cl. andl. wind. Finish 14:51pm. At white sign "A.I.C Nyayo Girls Sec. School, 7km -> [left]", 76km S. of Nairobi, on the main road to Mombassa. 26c and same.Tired today despite beautifull savannah landscapes along the route. Hit 'empt' on energy as I was setting up the tent after the run - and as my family knows, that means the emergence of Viking temper' !! Poor Tommy 'the gun', my supply-driver, who took refuge at a termite nest. A patient man ;-) :-)
