... Fever, again.
The higher pace of yesterdays stage apparently pushed the body a bit too much one the delicate scale between falling more behind scedule and battling the african deceases. The fever came back.

- Overheated' my way through 20km towards the Kenyan border wich should be only 5days away now; and Im out of Ethiopia !!
Sweating through the night, watching the stars move across the sky through the thin mosqito-mesh of the tent; catching an hours sleep at 4am.

Running across Africa, from North to South, is not easy. And to my best knowlegde also this part of the run has not been done before. I begin to understand why !
But its a nice challenge andthe biggest Ive ever faced :-)

NB:
More than a Century ago a Norwegian, Ernst Mensen, maneaged to run from his home contry to the area between Aswan and Wadi Halfa in Sahara, near the Northern border of Sudan where he died of malaria/dehydration.
Not known by many, I guess, but highly respected by some of us, even more after having experiensed the conditions :-)
