Tiredness again

Somehow the energy has gone again ! Trying totroubleshoot to get to the reason behind it:
food ? stress from the daily unpleasanties of ethiopia ? too little variation in running pace ?
the difficulty to find the motivation for the run lately ??
.. Surely it cant be the 13 000km ! ;-)
