Start 10:05am., at Stella Sea Club Hotel, at Stella di Mare Resort, 10km N. of Ain el Sukhna. 22c, half clear and l. wind. Finish 13:48pm., at km-marker "Zaafrana 53km" on Suez Gulf rd./M65. 28c and same.

An enjoyable day w. a near to perfect tentspot 2meter from the waterline at an empty beach :-)

Am still in "recovery mode" and the fever rising a bit, but much good encouragement from friends of the run around the world. THANKS !!!

Nb: I have to say that todays police-control/roadblock was a pleasant experience; so.. Not All of them has been unpleasant after this - even a "Wellcome to Egypt !" was added to the passport inspection (then we forget that I've run nearly 1000km here allready ;-) But. Perhaps good to look at thenext days as a new start as part of re-bouncing after my selfmade logistics difficulties and motivation obstacles !!
