Distance today: 51.0 km (Accumulated: 9408.8 km)
Elapsed time: 05:11:12
Country: Africa

Start 08:58am., at "Hotel Zhahid Mohammad" in Suez city. 16c, half clear and no wind. Finish 15:23pm., at Stella Sea Club Hotel , at Stella di Mare Resort, 10km N. of Ain el Sukhna. 27c and same.

A much less dramatic day of running along the Gulf of Suez :-)

But have to admit that physically and motivationally I am a bit tired. (to add last 2 days a light fever w. headacke, sneezing and caugh - probably the temp. differences in the desert or exhaustion effects ?)

Have been pushing the stroller far longer than planned, wich adds tiredness by ca. 20-30percent compared to 'free running' when its more than just a few months of pushing as running posture and muscle usage changes. But the support-car & driver plans didnt work out. I should have made a plan 'C' and 'D' for this situation - and in expeditions you quickely pay the price for planning faults. But every problem has its solution; in this case I think lowering the daily milage average should help as long as Im in areas w. supplies & logistics. That should still be the case 1 month forward.
