The Swimmer !

We had a fast and enjoyable run with Seppo and his friends :-) Sarah had for the first day in the run a little slow period - quite natural w. her strong pace in the morning !

Our host Arto in Salo has quite an interesting feat to his name: in 2004 he swam
216km and 200m in 50days (!!!!). While the world run might be long (if we make it) - then Artos swimming is simply beyond what I can comprehend :-)) He is a v. modest man, but you find more information at his small website:

(he is leader of the Nokia running/tri club ... and has a dream to swim from Finland to Sweden :-)) We sincerely hope we will 1 day read that "Arto has done it" !
