Start 08:33 am, at cross of rd. 24 and rd. 140 in Lahti. 13c, half overcast and med. wind. Alt. 105m, 1005hPa.

Finish 14:18pm. At "Mantsala 22km" at cross of r. 1635 & 162 in Pukkila. 20c and same. Alt. 30m, 1010hPa.

Another great day on the road ! We had good company by our excellent host Hannu and his fellow runners. After a severe back accident he has trained himself back in shape w. support from his whife ! To the pointwhere he was able to 'set off' and run ahead together w. Lasse the last 10km. Sarah and I had to take it easy and let the 74km of yesterday have its say:-)

Lasse is planning his first 100km race next year and I think he will do well - he ran with much spirit !

Our host for the night showed further spirit by having big knowledge of the Vikings wich lead to talks about the ancient travellers and why we choose New Foundland as our, hopefully, finishplace!
