Racing !
Today we had a more unusual stage; first a warmup-jog of 4km from our overnight at Kay's fathers cottage on the lakeside to the start-point. Then a good hour of running w. Harri (Endurence Team Finland) and Kay - Kay and I had an interesting discussion ab. postmodern filosofi, Michel Foucault and the difference/change from exact or empirical science to relativism and the acceptance ofuncertancy of forexample quantumphysics (not that I know too much of the subject :-)
After that we ran a local 10,4km forrest run competetion near our route - where Sarah did very well and made a 3.place w. 45min., Kay did 45min. too and Harry kept the same pace on the 5km distance - 23min. For my part Idid 38min. to take 4.place; so no progress since the 4.place/Lohja 12hour when I ran through Finland the first time, during world run one in the winter of 2004. I must try to improve in the Helsinki sprint (2miles !) coming up ;-)
After the race we jogged back onto the route and continued with Harri :-)
