19c, allmost clear and no wind. Alt. 50m,1008hPa .
Finsh 13:27pm. "Juvaskyla 94km" on E75. 27c, half and med.

1km into todays short but warm stage we suddenly saw a familiar face: Frederick who we had met in Norway about 800km earlier just North of the Finland border. At that time he was on vacation with his family and we ran an enjoyable 20km together.
Sarah has developed an "guessing game" that we often play w. runners that run w. us; the objective to guess a person or place w. a few questions asked while we run from one stop to the other - today we had to realize that Frederick and I made an alltime low in guessing an american singer (whom I've forgot the name of now, ofcourse ;-). Perhaps it was the warm weather.. ? Its the first stage where we have noticed the heat as a factor - in general the route and time of start from Nordkapp is planned so that we should have fairly easy temp. at around 10-30c untill East Africa.

Tonight we have been invited to stay at the cabin of Kay in Viitisari - who works for the european union at the Luxembourg offices deling w. It-contracts connected w. grant programs, besides beeing a marathonrunner :-)

The 6day race in Sweden just ended today: Yannis Kouros apparently got injured and from then it was a chacegame between him and german female runner Martina Hausmann - who allmost caught Kouros, finishing 3km behind his 758km; a photo-finish in ultraterms - See Planetultramarathon !
