Start 09:00am., 16c, almost clear & medium wind, at roadsign "The Barn Loft", 3km South of Clarenville, on Transcanadian Highway 1.

The LAST stage of world run 2. begins - and my LAST day as ultra runner ! If I successfully complete this; I have reached far beyond the goals I could have imagined when I took up running back in the early 1980'ties. There will then be no more "First's" left to try. The first run around the world, the world run 1, East-West. And the second run around the world; North-South.

However.... I still have to complete approximately 200km of hilly running across the last quater of New Foundland. We will see how that leaves me ;-)
