Start 10:45am., 17c, rain & light wind, at exit sign: "Bonavista", on Trans Canadian Highway 1. Finish 12:59, 16c & same, at roadsign "The Barn Loft", 3km South of Clarenville, on Transcanadian Highway 1.

... The last normal stage before the final push' towards the finish line of world run 2 begins. A lot of logistics and mental preparation to do, in order to be ready for the last streatch of 200kms to Cape Spear.

Todays stage was very short in order to give pleanty of time for those last preparations. But I have to say that the cold rain definately was not the best of 'tests' before tomorrow. But atleast I got through it, even if the legs fealt Heavy today and left me a bit worried about how its will be possible to run a 200km stage when I was truely tired after 15km today !
