Start 10:42am., 18c, clear & light wind, at roadsign "Long Point Lighthouse 10km", on Trans Canadian Highway 1. Finish 13:46pm., 24c, overcast & same, at brown sign "Salmon River Bridge" on hwy.1.

After yesterdays fairly long stage of 50km the legs were actually quite fresh - though not fresh enough to run another 50k just yet ;-)

Instead a fairly easy 30km in good weather all the way. Also Reino looked to be enjoying himself on the road !
