Even though its very few days ago that I last had a restday I took out at day to celebrate the completion of the "across Northamerica" as far as the continent is concearned; yesteday reaching the last point on the continent on my route after starting out at Key West in Florida, usa, 4038km ago.

The place I stayed had an excellent view from Cape Bretton back at the mainland Canada - offering a day of thourght about what was experiensed during those 6month it took running through that continent. Ups and downs; in many ways one of the easiest (logistics and natural obstacles) and most difficult (tiredness and road-safety) of the continents to run across.

Tomorrow is my birthday; the 4.th. during world run 2, and time to meet up with my co-runner for the rest of the run: Reino Uusitalo from Finland :-)
