Canadian humor ! ;-)

- "10year old cattle manure" read a big sign next to an old farmhouse on the small rural road I am running on; the house surely even older itself than the quality-maure it apparently contained !

The legs was a lot better, and actually I fealt some degree of freshness, atleast the first 10km's. After that it was back in the second-by-second struggle that has been going on the last 2-3weeks now.

The endomondo gps-problems unfortunately was back as usual. So the last 1.5kms was tracked seperately after the system stopped working and had to be re-started (and gave me an welcome extra break while saying some words in loud Viking-language... Luckily I think the only ones who heard them was the cows out on their fields - speading their valuable bi-products around ;-).
