Very enjoyable stage where finally I was able to go a little bit beyond the 20km range of running. I am still puzzled why the tiredness is so profound but the thing to do in my view is definately to give the body the time it needs to rebounce ! Its brought me nearly twice around our planet, running, and it would be no way to repay that by forcing injuries on this very last streatch. Then better accept that I for a while am confined to 20-30km on the daily stages - and use the extra time to appreciate the landscape and nature that grows more beautifull for each day now :-)

... Some of the illustrations at todays pictures hopefully shows glimpses of the thrill this experience is slowly once again becoming. And reminding of the spectatular days of running along the Pacific Coast in South America or the remote deserts of North Africa; areas where highways and large cities plays a smaller role in the daily life - and Nature a much bigger.
