... !
The legs were very sore today, especially the back of the right leg to the point where I'd suspect injuries to occour if I run too long in that condition.
Was ready to stop todays run after 15km but atleast got 24k before it was "enough" if I wanted to be ready to continue the run tomorrow.
Very concearning.
I will make sure to rest as well as possible and do some extra streatching tonight. Hopefully it helps - besides that, if I make a very long stage tomorrow I should reach 35 00km. But it doesnt seem even remotely likely right now.
NB:
The endomondo gps-tracking system had one of its 'days' again. Through the course of the wr2 it has an error percent of around 10% wich I guess still is acceptible as the electronice often is the weak link in a run like this as it also is in rough-conditions expeditions.
Today I unfortunately first noticed a few miles too late that the endomondo tracking program had shut down. So there is a 4km section midway where the tracking is missing. Luckily my webmaster, Kasper Vibe-Leonhardt, has made a back-up system wich independently gps-stamps the pictures from each stage (also w. an easy upload function) - an excellent solution wich throught the 35 000km's has had an error percent of less than 1%. Perhaps he should go into professional tracking equiptment producing... I've yet to experience a solution from him in both wr1 and wr2 that wasnt reliable down to perfectionism.
A Huge THANKS to Kasper for always providing a solution to keep the documentation of my world run's 100% in place :-)
