[Restday in Washington D.C.]

A restday to get to see a little bit of Usa's capital before the run continues. Also, it was important to drive through tomorrows route to make sure that my support-driver and I have a good research and understanding of how to find each our way though the puzzle of highways, city-streets and one-way roads that leads to Capitol Hill where the finish point is tomorrow. Hope it will work out Ok :-)

(After the fall on the 37miles/60km stage yesterday it was also a welcome oppotunity to clear the wounds properly; one of them was a little deeper than expected so definately nice to have one of the rare days off' today. Luckily the cut' to the knee wasnt too bad though !).
