Start 10:10am., 18c, allmost clear and light wind, at cross of Gray Str. & Hwy.17. Finish 12:26, 17c, half clear and same, at cross of Pine Harbour Rd. & Hwy.17.
Knee trouble.
On the last couple of km's during yesterdays stage I began to have some pain in the right knee. I had planned to do a 40-42km run but let it be enouth with the 32km's. Unfortunately even that didnt keep the problem from beeing there also today: Right from the start the right knee was a bit stiff/inflexible and with progressing pain on the inside of the knee. Not good to put it lightly. It stopped after 21km's. We'll see how things are tomorrow !
