Start 10:10am., 22c, overcast & light wind, at km-stone "33 / 2504" on hwy. 25 to Cali. Finish 13:23pm., 29c, humid, half cloudy & same, km-stone "58 / 2504" on hwy. 25 to Cali.

After yesterdays steep rolling hills I had quite a problem today. Especially after the stage - and during a long 2hour drive to a hotel in the centre of Cali city - I began to have sharp/deep pains at the upper-inside of the left leg. Getting out of the car was nearly impossible as it seemed like the tendon on the inside of the leg or the muscles were injured. Lifting the leg up and forward, very painfull.

We'll see how it is tomorrow. For the time beeing its a matter of applying all I can do of knowledge and experience in quick-healing injuries (and No painkillers, ofcourse - it never pays off to do 'symptom treatment' instead of finding the reason behind the problem and a way to change that in a positive way so the body can keep functioning normally :-)
