A small deviation !

Often the appetite for more adventure than the world run already presents me with occours. Like today when both my support-driver Wilmer and I got the strong urge to drive out to some far-away dried out salt lakes in the horizon which I had seen from the route yesterday.

- This nearly got us stuck for the day as you will see from the picture series from today ;-)) Luckily sense took over and we backtracked through some deep sand and got, fairly safe, back to the days running which by then was in a nice hot and humid setting... ;-)

The detour: was worth it even if we didnt reach the salt lakes. Often just a taste of the extra troubles can make you appreciate the easiness of the normal days !
