Tenting trouble...
As if the challenges of world run two hasnt been enough, I realized at the end of todays stage that I had forgotten the poles for the new tent in the supportcar when my previous supportdriver, Pali, left yesterday after a very long day (5am. to 2am.). So... Its time to spend the night in a slightly de-poofed' old tent ;-)
I should teach me, however, to be less dependent on comfort, and appreciate that the run is about the nature and culture experienses and the running challenge itself - and not about luxurious tents and fancy hotels ! A thing which I tend to forget as the km's piles up and my age does likewise :-)
The run went well, though beeing very short due to the long drive out from Lima where I had made the contract with my new supportdriver, Wilmer - a native of Lima.
