Start 10:35am., 21c, allmost clear and med.wind, at km-stone "320" on hwy. 1. Finish 16:22pm., 23c and same at km-stone "280" on hwy. 1.
Today I could definately feel that yesterday was one of the longer stages in quite a while. But as you can see today still was well above what its been possible to run the last month or so.. Proving that once not running alone - the inspiration carries one much longer on the daily streatches of the Pan American Highway across this long continent :-)
Sarah certainly is also proving her strength, and as written yesterday, what I am able to do at this point of the run is far from what a runner can do when having less battered' legs. To make sure that people can follow her extra efforts she has requested that the reports note her additional distances so I'll make a section under each report with her distance during the time she visits :-)
