[5. waiting day at the border to Peru, chilean authorities not allowing us to take the supportcar out of the contry].

Today we used most of the time setting up tomorrows meeting with a chilean citizen which has kindly agreed to help us with dealing with the customs authorities, as well as going over the legal paperwork once more and making sure we have all documents.

Besides this Alex and I took a 10km "interval" run along the coast. Very enjoyable and important in order to keep the legs ready to continue - and to avoid that I loose the focus and spirit of the run: The most difficult days in extremely long runs like this are the days where you risk loosing the focus on the forward progress of the run. And that easily happens when you are forced to stop.
