Start 08:12am. at "Khaya La Manzi Lodge" on Rivera Highway, in Hibberdene, 200m off rd. 102. 25c, o.c., humid and l. wind. Finish 12:01am. At green km-sign "Kokstad 123km" on the N2 to Cape Town. 23c, and same.

.. Another day in company of Arthur, owner of "Khaya La Manzi Lodge" who besides insisting I stay free of charge the next few day - has set me up w. his minibus as supportcar & his friendPieter as support-driver as I run towards Port Shepstone & the highlands at Kokstad and the Transkei.
What Help !!!
In the evenings we discuss world/african/european/russian/chinese politics ! I can guarantee its equally appreciated - removing layers of dust in my long resting "political scientist" part of the brain (I have a masters degr. in pol.science, but it rarely get this much exercise when I run my world runs :-))
