Start 09:30am. at white tarmac-mark "K 97-000", ca. 10km N. of Xai-Xai city, on the EN1-hwy to Maputo. 25c, o.c. and l. wind. Finish 14:30pm. At M-cel teletower & white tarmac-mark "K 62-000", ca. 190km N. of Maputo, on the EN1-hwy to Maputo. 27c and same.

Christmas running calender, day 11:

A definate Joy of running is Sharing it with your club. While perhaps beeing "the worlds simplest game" its still pure fun to see how jogging together can suddenly turn into a 'Full Out' competetiom to reach the next traffic light or hill top :-) Or sharing the long sessions and motivating eachother to for ex. get through that 2hour run in pouring rain' and end up enjoying it !

Often on far-away-roads I send a Smile back to the days in the early 80'ties starting in my first running club, Hjerteforeningen Farum, in my small hometown in denmark. The Joy from back then hasnt faded :-) THANKS for sharing those runs !!!
