.. Return of the stomack-infection !

Since yesterday the 'old friend' from ethiopia has returned: the giuardia intestine infection. Fortunately I since Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania carry the pills to counter the infection and they should take care of it within a few days :-)

But today it meant a short 13km stage w. a run dominated by sharp stomackpain, nausea and what goes w. that..
