Start 09:32am. at white km-marker "Lindi 125km", on the main rd./B2 to Lindi and Mozambique. 27c, cloudy and l. wind. Finish14:41pm. At white km-marker "Lindi 85km", on the main rd./B2 to Lindi and Mozambique. 38c, humid, allm. clear and same.

Another 40km day ! Not exactly impressive but.. Better than many days here in East Africa where I have learned that a 50k-stage is something entirely different in Europe or even in Siberia (wr1) than in Africa :-)
If I do 30k or more and am not sick from local deceases after the stage, I have to count myself lucky ;-)

.. How it was GREAT to recover the stomack, arm and not least motivation on that 'race-diseaster' performance back in Sweden !! And; had I raced well, then I may not have been running all that good now that Im back to tropical-realities again.

So I guess even in the most embarrasing performances (and it was a Huge one, stepping out after 2 of 6days, realising that both body & mind were too 'smashed up' from wr2 to do anything ab. the top game) there is always a positive side too :-)
