Start 15:30pm. at white km-marker "Nang 25km" on the main rd./B2 to Lindi and Mozambique. 32c, humid, a few clouds and l. wind. Finish 18:13pm. At roundabout in centre of Nangurukuru at green roadsign "Lindi 165km", on the main rd./B2 to Lindi and Mozambique. 24c, sunset and same.

Back on route :-)
At the long 300km drive from Dar Es Salaam out to the route to where I had left many days ago - I was surprised how bad the roadwas on the mid-streatch (deep sand & stones, but didnt feel that bad when I ran it; at some surfases a runner is better suited than a car :-)

As I was flying back to Africa and when I was waiting two days in Dar before going to the route, there was the fear or concearn of the task ahead, how it would turn out in remote Mozambique w. landmines and scarce supplies and beeing alone and on my own w. a long way to run to the goal.

But nearly from the first step I got the assuring feeling: Yes, this is the place for me.. And it became a beautifull run as the sun set over the hills of Southern Tanzania ! Another day towards the goal :-)
