Ran the 4 last km w. my girlfriend. Very Enjoyable to share another Cornerstone' with her !!

At the finishpoint in the middle of Dar Es Salaam, wich is Tanzanias largest city w. 3mill. people but not its capital (Dodoma is), Mikkel from the danish embassy waited. In fact he biked along the last fewkm :-)

Once upon a time he has done a 2:55h. marathon, in one of the first editions of Copenhagen Marathon, followed up by many other later on. No stranger to running, its safe to say !!

He had organised a journalist to make an interview for the embassy to use/distribute. After that.. A nice afternoon w. my girlfriend at a luxury hotel on the coast. Life is no always tough.. :-)
