Start 14:15pm. at white sign "Boko Classic Hotel, 500m off Bagamoyo Road" on the main rd. to Dar Es Salaam, 30km N. of Dar Es Salaam. 26c, half o.c., l. rain and l. wind. Finish 15:41pm. At "White Sands" beach town sign on the main rd. to Dar Es Salaam, 17km N. of Dar Es Salaam . 26c, no rain and same.

Out in the Dar Es Salaam international airport picking my girlfriend up in the morning. She's been flying in from Khartoum (where she works) via Nairobi and an overbooking & detour to a local airport. Travelling since a bit past midnight. I think the temp. doesnt get muchabove 40c in an African airport this region.
So.. There is things that is tougher than world run 2.
And things that are sweeter:

Did a mini-stage after 'melting' an hour & a half in Dar' noon traffic (Great to streatch the legs after beeing in the un-natural enviroment, for a runner, of the inside of a car ;-)
THEN - Time 2 Ourselves, the ocean, the wind, the city life: catching up across 1500km since last.
