Start 09:32am. at "Europe Grocery & Mgahawa" at E. end of unknown village, 40km W. of Bagamoyo. 24c, half. o.c. and l. wind.Finish 15:51pm. At "Duka - Dawa" shop in central Bagamoyo. 26c, v. humid, allm. o.c. and same.

Hitting' a 40km stage again. The body seems to grow stronger at the moment :-)

I've waited for that the last 100days since I lost power, and gained fever & diarrea, 3-4000km ago. Or have Hoped ... :-)

- itsnot fun (or Good) to be a donkey pulling the weight of your ambition or mind. I much prefer beeing a Truck with a long-haul engine wanting to go longer than even the driver or mind wants or can fathom. That Is a world runner - And I still remember how that Freedom feels & tastes !!

The feeling of infinity in the Legs. New philosophy of the earth in the mind.

And the taste of large daily quantums of Chocolate to make it all possible ;-)))
