Distance today: 33.0 km (Accumulated: 15343.8 km)
Elapsed time: 03:20:38
Country: Africa

Start 07:57am. at rd.mark on tree: "T363" on the dustroad to Sadani, 39km N. of Sadani. 23c, l. rain and l. wind. Finish 14:07pm. At rd.mark on stone "27, Beach Campsite 200m, Tourism Office 3km" 3km N. of Sadani, on the sandtrack to Sadani. 31c, v. v. humid, a few clouds and l. wind.

A short stage, tents at the Indian Ocean, sunset and wwwsurfing on the phone catching up w. friends at f.book. I find Joy in seeing small bits of everydaylife in parts of the world wich seems so distant after 7months running in Africa :-)

What happened when I dropped the phone, the vid.cameraand then the spare batteries in the tinygrain sand after setting tent - is a thing that remains with my girlfriend and my supportdriver !

(when deep fatigue sets in during extremesport, loss of fine-motoric coordination is often a good sign that you should ease off the throttle' a bit. As is stronger temper - another example in yesterd.s report ;-)

Wish I could ease further off that 'running throttle' but that has to wait untill my girlfriend visits next weekend in Dar Es Salaam. Reading her understanding response to the last days Temper' makes a Huge differense :-)
