Start 09:25am. at white roadsign: "Seven Hills Bar & Restaurant", 164km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa. 22c, allm. clear and l. wind. Finish 15:10pm. At yellow house "Maungu Slaughter House", 124km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa. 29c, humid, half o.c. and same.
Hitting 40' :-)
After v. carefully inching forward in the daily running, trying to recover the possible case of malaria a bit each day - Im back at 40km again.
Surely it would have been wiser to have taken a few restdays but allready the African Challenges (deceases, missing infrastructure & 'culture shock' ;-) has put me Far behind scedule and I'd like to try to hold onto the new one if I can :-)
