Start 09:51am. at white roadsign: "Athiriver water catchment region", at Tzavo River in Tzavo village, 200km W. of Mombassa,on the main road to Mombassa. 25c, half o.c. and l. wind. Finish 16:06pm. At white roadsign: "Seven Hills Bar & Restaurant", 164km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa. 29c, humid and same.

Uneventfull stage. The fever is gone for now :-)) (But have got to check for malaria when I reach Mombassain a few days).

It appears that since 2months ago, each time I push' the daily km above 40: the fevershaking returns w. all its 'fun and tivoli rides'of additional effekts (l. musclecramps, vomiting/diar., sore joints and sneezing).

If I dont beat this decease it will be long after New Year, when I reach Cape Town, If I reach Cape Town.
