Start 08:50am. at blue sign: "St. Patricks Academy" 300km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa. 22c, clear and no wind. Finish 13:53pm. At wodden sign: "Kalulu Gospel Outreach Peace Church ->" 270km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa. 31c, a few clouds and l. wind.

... Caughing, sneezing spitting and sweating but the km are slowly on the way up again :-)
Have just spent last weeks laying out the plan of thenew Coastal route from Nairobi via Mombassa and then All along the Coast to Capetown, instead of the original inland-route, :-))

And I dont, dont, dontwant to get behind scedule again so its a balance between keep recovering the Fever a little bit more each day & trying to raise the km.
Its a balance that wants to tilt' over, as today w. kidney/back pain last 10k, but Id raughter not let go of the timing once more.
