Start 09:50am. at blue sign "Kanaani Primary School" 320km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa. 22c, allm. clear and l. wind. Finish 13:26pm. At blue sign: "St. Patricks Academy" 300km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa. 29c and same.
[nb: was still dizzyafter last days fever-nights and forgot to start/stop the watch at last 5km, stopwatch-time is /- 5min.]

Another night onboard the swaying ship' of ms Tropical Fever ;-) Afraid I need to take the malaria test when I reach Mombassa.

Maneaged to make 20 feverish & muscleacking km before it was wise togive the body a chance to recover :-)

1 hour later ms Fever was ready to take me away again onto the sweaty waters of feverdreaming ;-)
