Right arm not really participating in the running after yesterdays fall ;-)
Cant say that sweating through the wound makes it much better !

But, atleast the road is dusty and the water scarce ;-)

We try to keep up the humor though there is not too much to laugh about at the moment; except ourselves ;-))

(Just after start I saw 3 elephants in the forrest on the slope of a volcano, grazing just some 200m from the dustroad. I dont know if they laughed at this battered runner & beat up support-car ! I wouldnt be surprised..)
